Donner will oversee brand and creative strategy, marketing, demand generation, digital initiatives, consumer engagement, customer experience, eCommerce and call center operations— uniting every growth-driving function under a single vision as HairClub embarks on an ambitious new chapter. Under Donner’s leadership, HairClub plans to expand its service portfolio, integrate new technology-driven treatments, and deliver truly comprehensive, personalized hair restoration solutions for every stage of hair loss.
Founded in 1976 by Sy Sperling — who famously declared, “I’m not just the President, I’m also a client” — HairClub has led the industry for nearly 50 years. Today, under the leadership of President & CEO Ahmad Wardak, the company combines science-backed treatments with in-person consultations to create individualized hair regrowth and restoration plans for men, women, and children delivered through over 100 brick-and-mortar locations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.

With more than 20 years of high-impact marketing leadership for leading brands across eCommerce, healthcare, DTC, and retail, Donner has driven measurable growth including doubling subscriber growth to implementing AI-powered acquisition systems. His career includes senior executive roles at Ingram Micro, Perry Ellis International, MDLIVE, Akamai/Prolexic, Tech Data, and Capgemini.
